These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coursespotafrica.com and any course purchased from CourseSpot Africa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Faceless YouTube Automation Course. By purchasing a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Access

Upon successful payment and verification, you will be granted access to the purchased course through our official onboarding process (currently via Telegram). Access is intended for your personal, individual use only.

2. Payment

Course prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; we do not directly store your card or bank details.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because course materials and access are delivered digitally, all sales are final once course access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a genuine issue with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of payment through our official Telegram channel, and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Intellectual Property and Sharing of Materials

All course content, including videos, scripts, templates, and written materials, is the intellectual property of CourseSpot Africa and is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not:

Share, resell, redistribute, or publish course materials or access credentials to any third party.
Copy or reproduce course content for commercial use without our written permission.
Share your enrollment confirmation or access link with anyone who has not paid for the course.

Sharing paid course access with non-paying users is a violation of these Terms and may result in access being revoked without a refund.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Any results, income figures, or examples mentioned on our website or within our course materials (including figures referenced in our marketing) reflect our own experience and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the results any individual student will achieve. Your results depend on factors including your effort, consistency, niche, and market conditions, many of which are outside our control. Nothing in our course constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and course materials lawfully and not to engage in any activity that disrupts our services, infringes on others’ rights, or violates applicable law.
